My friend is 14 and calling a social worker tomorrow.. We want to know if she leaves where would she go and who would she stay with, Is she able to stay with a friend?

In England the Social Services will first try to place the child with another family member and if none is available will look elsewhere. They try to keep them in a familiar surrounding for stability so a friend's family would be considered.
