Surviving 2012 Book And Our Race Against Time
December 21, 2012 has long been considered a special date. Some say it will be the beginning of a new age, others say it will be the end. If any of these is true, we better get prepared. Maybe with the aid of a surviving 2012 book, we can better prepare ourselves.
But why in the first place is this date very important?
The movements of planetary objects, the discrepancies in days and hours, and the general behavior of the entire Milky Way Galaxy have all been very influential in the creation of the Mayan prophecies that pertain to our age. These are so instrumental, in fact, that they have guided the creation of the most accurate and most complicated calendar in the world – the long count calendar.
No one can tell exactly what events will take place once the long calendar ends on December 21, 2012, but prophecies from different credible sources agree on one thing – we are running out of time. Add to this the fact that many ancient prophecies, archaeological evidences, and ancient myths seem to tell us of previous cataclysmic events which came in perfect timing with the changes in the heavens.
The Mayans, known for their advanced knowledge in astronomy and astrology, have studied the movements of the heavens, knowledge which we are only beginning to understand. They have already understood the movements of our galaxy and all that’s in it long before we have the technology to verify what they knew all along.
The Mayans, for one, have understood that at the very center of our galaxy is a black hole in which all the bodies in the galaxy revolve around. They have also calculated that lying at the edge of the Milky Way, the sun and our planet wobbles one full arc of this edge; a process that comes into a completion every 25, 800 years. Within this time frame, there have been four sunrises of the solstice and the equinox. The most recent equinox – the fall equinox which happened some 6450 years – mankind witnessed the dawn of the Old World Civilizations. Meanwhile, the last time our planet and sun completed the 25, 800 year-cycle, man learned how o use fire, certainly a turning point in out civilization.
With these records, the Mayans propose that the completion of this current cycle will harbor something that will revolutionize our age.
Now that we are nearing the end of this cycle, we are possibly nearing a time period that will reset everything.
The great Mayan calendar runs out of days for a good reason. Unfortunately, the reason is not similar with that which explains why our calendar ends on the 31st of December. It is a reason that should be feared and waited with anticipation at the same time. For some unknown reasons, the Mayans did not take the time to outline that reason for us although they have clearly stated that it will be a crucial moment for all mankind.
But then again, save for the various predictions detailed by some prophets and seers throughout the centuries since the Old World vanished, the Mayans provided us no clue as to what events we will be facing leading up to the end of our time. But as many prophecies propose, the end of the current age and the beginning of a new one will not be a day in the beach.
